What are you using your AccuQuilt GO! for?

Recently I was ask to speak at our local guild, New Beginnings Quilt Guild, about AccuQuilt and how it works.  What a wonderful group of ladies this is and what a pleasure that they have welcomed me with open arms.
Since I started with AccuQuilt I have been on a mission to show everyone just what you can do with this system.
Here are a few of the quilts that were on display and ALL where cut using AccuQuilt.

This pattern was in McCalls magazine summer of 2012 I think.  I changed the flower to use the cutter.  The Dresden Plates were easy to cut with the cutter and went together like butter on a biscuit.  (Ok, my southern raising is coming out.)

This is a SunBonnet Sue Quilt.  The alternating block was made using the value die that comes with the cutter.  (As a multi use die, someone on FaceBook recently mentioned using SunBonnet Sue's hat a Christmas or wedding bells.)

This of course is my personal favorite since I put this pattern together, "Star Burst".  It can be made using the value die or you can purchase the 2-1/2" square and half square triangle dies to get more cuts at one time.

One of my new favorites that I designed is "Just Stringing Along".  I have recently started to love string quilts just because of the nature of taking "garbage" and turning it into something beautiful.  This was make using the multiple strip die (1", 1-1/2" and 2" strips on the same die) and the 6" square and half square triangles.  Yes, once I made a string square, I ran it back through the cutter to get my triangles.  Why would I not?

This sampler quilt is a great example of the mix n match die sets.  You can see so many classic blocks that can be made using the cutter and dies and this is just a small amount. (BTW, for some reason I always get in a hurry when hanging and my basket is always upside down.)

Something a little more modern, here is Bonnie Hunters 2013 Mystery Quilt, Celtic Solstice.  Yep, all cut out using the cutter and dies.

Investing in your hobby or business is something that we are always doing.  I think investing in the AccuQuilt GO! system is one of the best investments you can make.  You can start small and build your library of dies as you go and as your next project comes around.  It saves you so much time and all your pieces are the right shape and size.
